Diaper Bag Checklist
Here is a general diaper bag checklist list of what you should keep in your diaper bag. Bare in mind that if you are going to be out for a whole day you may need to put more things in eg more diapers, but the list is for your average outing of 2-4 hours.
- Diapers – 4-5
- diaper cream
- wipes
- pacifier
- bottle with water measured out for the formula
- bottle with water for drinking
- formula measured out into a formula dispenser
- snack food baby biscuit
- baby food
- bib
- burping cloth
- Nursing apron if nursing
- Nursing pads
- If hot a sun hat
- summer / winter blanket
- change of clothes
- If baby is on the move then I’d pack in the boo boo cream we use Traumeel by heel – amazing stuff!
- Wallet / money
- mobile phone
- Car keys
Some people may feel the need for paracetamol – I think that’s circumstantial, not something I’d keep in my diaper bag for everyday, same for teething cream.
